Our Account Managers are responsible for building and expanding books of business, managing existing accounts, reviewing resumes for IT recruitment, searching talent with local IT networks and developing long-standing relationships with clients and local IT talent while ensuring successful placements. Maintain and grow the current consultant base and expand upon an existing base of client companies. Conduct in-person meetings, understand client needs, sell the right staffing solutions, and secure job orders. Source from local markets and review and recruit potential IT candidates. Technically screen and interview prospective candidates to assess skill set, work history, goals and motivations. Conduct reference checks. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent. Review candidates to fulfill client needs and present qualified candidates to clients. Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and IT professionals on assignments to ensure exceptional customer service. Seek and deliver appropriate feedback, serving as an advisor and liaison between both parties.
