In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm calling techniques. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring a high level of customer engagement. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that benefit both the client and company, utilizing your expertise in negotiation strategies. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities efficiently. Present tailored technology sales solutions to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits clearly to meet their specific needs. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance business development efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Engage in inside sales activities by managing inbound inquiries and converting leads into loyal customers through persuasive communication skills. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or related industries. Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate new leads and nurture existing accounts. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business development initiatives. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring proactive problem-solving skills.
