Job Description

Description Position Summary This individual will join the team that supports our Consumer & Wholesale Banking team's new account setup and customer service. They will be responsible for data entry and information management within Savana and process new clients, manage account changes, and respond to customer inquiries. Summary of Essential Job Functions Responsible for adhering to the reporting and record-keeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, observing economic sanctions by prohibiting transactions as specified by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), following the bank's customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Bank policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training Review and approve new/existing Consumer applications Onboarding Wholesale accounts Work with multiple software platforms in support of daily processing needs Database file maintenance Respond to customer service cases promptly Customer research requests Assist and back up with other duties as assigned Perform other duties as assigned Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years' experience in banking, including experience in BSA/AML monitoring Fundamental knowledge of banking regulations Work with multiple software platforms in support of daily processing needs Ability to work in a Windows environment, specifically with skill set level: Word -
