Override:

$10,000/month earning on every install your team completes OTE once team is running: $20,000

THE OPPORTUNITY

Avid Lights installs permanent exterior lighting — a product homeowners obsess over and tell their neighbors about. We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the space, and we're opening Columbus. We need one person to own this market. Not babysit it — own it. You'll knock doors with new setters to get the pipeline moving, close your own deals, then hire and lead a team built to hit 40+ installs a month. The people who build our markets become our regional leaders.•

HOW IT BUILDS

Phase 1 — You're the team Knock with setters, generate leads, close your own deals. Build the pipeline from zero. Phase 2 — Hire your closer Leads are stacking. You bring in a closer and start running the team while staying active in the field. Phase 3 — Run the market Setters feeding closers. Override stacking.

Target:

40+ installs per month.

• You have real D2D experience — solar, alarms, pest, or similar — and you have the numbers to back it up
• You're willing to be in the field on day one, not behind a desk
• You've coached or led reps in the field before
