Delivering exceptional client experiences and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Learn more about who we are https://www.1582exam.com/ We work with Firefighters and Law Enforcement Execute written sales agreements for large-scale and complex full-service off-site events with staff members coming in from multiple states. Working directly under the supervision and directives as outlined by our President. Maintain relationships among our client base, their HR representatives, all while reporting to our President to ensure full participation in servicing existing accounts and new ones. Initiate verbal and written communication with clients outlining details and specifics of the event, including, but not limited to, service line needs, location, staffing needs, travel coordination, supply management, logistics, vendor collaboration and management, and overseeing the billing process. Motivating teams on-site to ensure high-quality testing, while at the same time ensuring that client expectations are exceeded time and again Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly in real time. Reporting out compliance data and surveys results to clients. Effectively manages day-of event execution for all group events, supervising support teams and serving as lead decision-maker to resolve client issues and requests. Takes ownership for the full scope of the implementation of assigned projects throughout the project life cycle using accepted project management principles. This includes coordinating and detailing the best standard methodologies, meeting expectations, process changes and end user satisfaction. Coordinates and conducts routine client check-ins, addresses areas of dissatisfaction, areas of opportunity and/or process improvement and often facilitates ongoing touch bases as required. Weekly meetings and reporting to the President Bachelor's degree in business, health care, Information management, Data Science, engineering or related field preferred from an accredited college or university. Seeking 3-5 years' experience in corporate event/project management •A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, as well as superb listening skills, with an ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive work independently, working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and perform a wide variety of tasks over the course of the workday; must be accurate and conscientious. Excellent interpersonal skills with a solid ability to deal professionally with senior executives, vendors, and team members at all levels of the organization. Ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests. Proficient computer skills - including both hardware management and software familiarity; including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point.
