Core Clinical Partners is actively recruiting a passionate and dedicated Noctumist Hospitalist to become part of our expanding team at St. Mary's Hospital. If you're looking for a dynamic, patient-focused environment with a supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity!
Team Structure:
2 Day Physicians and 2
Hospitalist APPs Supportive Coverage:
1 dedicated Proceduralist for ICU, 1
Dedicated Noctumist Physician Hospitalist Average Daily Census:
High 30s to Low 40s

Hourly Rate:

Primary Job Responsibilities Noctumist hospitalist physician covers the ICU and procedures (code response and vent management), admissions (5-6 typically), and floor calls ensuring continuity of care. Required Skills and Attributes Proficient in use of electronic medical record technology Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to direct the work of others Effective conflict resolution skills Able to provide constructive feedback with an emphasis on developing the skills and competencies of others Ability to organize and establish day-to-day priorities while using critical thinking skills in all aspects of the job. Must be able to multitask while remaining professional, focused, composed and positive . Excellent customer service skills Displays integrity, friendliness, and compassion . Must be able to establish an appropriate and effective rapport with others . Demonstrates flexibility Takes initiative Able to work in a fast-paced environment Embraces new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally .
