The selected individual will manage business relationships with customers to ensure accurate and timely responsiveness to customer concerns, increased product penetration, and retention of the customer. Responsibilities include account management, new business development, and growth. The Account Manager will focus on new, business to business account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, renewing current contracts, and delivering a sales quota. Account Managers are also responsible for customer satisfaction, by responding to customer requests, pro-active problem solving and meeting productivity goals.
