  • Adaptive Equipment (Healthcare / DME Industry) Redbridge Services Redbridge Services is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to support a long-established manufacturing organization that designs and distributes adaptive equipment throughout the United States.
Our products are sold directly and through Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers, helping individuals with disabilities live more independent lives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting healthcare professionals and families with meaningful solutions. The Account Manager serves as a trusted partner to therapists, clinicians, rehabilitation centers, schools, and equipment providers. You will work closely with internal teams and management to follow up on marketing campaigns, email initiatives, and event leads while managing customer orders, providing quotes, and supporting revenue growth within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with therapists, clinicians, purchasing departments, rehabilitation centers, schools, and distributors across assigned territories. Provide expert product guidance and technical support to help customers select the best adaptive equipment solutions. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and follow up on quotes, inquiries, and opportunities using our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics). Collaborate with production, service, logistics, marketing, and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Follow up on outbound marketing campaigns, email outreach, and conference leads through timely calls and written communication. Assist customers in navigating grants, funding pathways, and reimbursement procedures when applicable. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide insights on customer trends, opportunities, and challenges. Maintain consistent outreach through phone and email touchpoints as part of a structured account management plan. Support industry conferences, exhibitions, and outreach events when additional team support is needed. Uphold company values of compassion, quality, and integrity in every customer interaction. Required Skills & Attributes Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical and therapeutic product information. Empathetic communicator with a genuine interest in supporting individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. Curiosity and willingness to learn about adaptive equipment, healthcare funding processes, and regulations. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally across departments.
