NOW HIRING REAL ESTATE CLIENT ADVISOR
Relationship-Based | Saratoga Springs, NY This opportunity is intended for licensed real estate professionals or individuals actively pursuing a New York real estate license who are committed to building a long-term career in real estate. Marked By Meghan was built on a simple principle: relationships come before transactions. We earn trust through education, strategic guidance, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. We are hiring a Real Estate Client Advisor to guide, educate, and advocate for buyers and sellers through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. This is not a transactional sales role. We are hiring for character, judgment, coachability, and long-term potential. Great advisors combine emotional intelligence with market intelligence — helping clients make confident decisions through data, strategy, experience, and honest counsel. Not pressure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Guide buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence Educate clients so they feel informed—not pressured Set expectations proactively Help clients make rational decisions during emotional moments Protect clients from avoidable financial mistakes Negotiate strategically on behalf of clients Communicate consistently and professionally Represent our brand with discretion and care
YOUR FIRST 12 MONTHS
You'll receive the systems, mentorship, and support needed to build a strong foundation.
Your first year may include:
Conducting buyer and seller consultations Learning contract strategy and negotiation Building a database of meaningful relationships Developing a referral-based pipeline Hosting client meetings and property tours Managing transactions from contract to closing Building the habits and systems necessary for long-term success

EARNING POTENTIAL
First-Year Earnings Potential:
$75,000+ Compensation is commission-based. Our mentorship, systems, and referral-based business model are designed to help the right advisor build a sustainable business and strong earning potential from day one. Results will vary based on commitment, consistency, and execution.
