Background check and drug screening required Position Overview We are seeking an articulate, polished, and professional Client Coordinator to join a fast-paced healthcare services environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a medical receptionist , customer service representative , or within the insurance industry . Individuals with prior call center or insurance backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to build long-term stability and grow within an organization. Key Responsibilities Handle and respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, and internal systems, including cancellations, reschedules, and general case information Enter, review, and retrieve client and examinee information using internal databases and systems Ensure all records are accurate, current, and fully documented according to internal guidelines Partner with team members to ensure questions are addressed, documented, and cases are processed in a timely manner Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one year of clerical or administrative experience; medical office or insurance experience strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills; must be articulate, professional, and polished Proficiency with general office equipment including phones, copiers, scanners, and fax machines Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet-based applications Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
