Job Description

Overview Syracuse Technologies (CuseTech) is a growing Central New York managed technology services company. We bring IT, audio/visual, and cabling and infrastructure together under one roof, so businesses, towns, villages, and municipalities across the region have one trusted partner instead of juggling vendors. We are looking for a Technical Sales and Account Manager who loves technology, enjoys people, and would rather be out meeting clients than sitting behind a desk all day. You do not need years of technology sales experience to succeed here. If you bring curiosity, strong people skills, and drive, we will train you on the technology, the industry, and the products. What we cannot teach is who you are, and that is what matters most to us. This is a great opportunity for a career changer or a newcomer who presents well, learns quickly, and wants to build a long term career in technology services. Responsibilities Meet with business owners and decision makers at their sites, build relationships, and serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of CuseTech Learn our IT, AV, and infrastructure solutions well enough to discuss them confidently with clients, with support from our technical team on the details Grow your own accounts by earning trust, expanding existing relationships, and helping clients get more from their technology Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and community gatherings across Central New York Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and industry certifications Qualifications A genuine enthusiasm for technology and for working with people Strong communication skills and comfort presenting in front of others Self motivation and a desire to keep learning in a fast moving industry Reliable transportation, since the role involves regular travel to client sites and events Prior sales, account management, or customer facing experience is welcome but not required Training and Growth We invest in our people.
