We partner with well-known brands and licenses to bring engaging, high-quality products to market. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to lead our business development efforts across designated territories. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with key clients, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will empower you to manage multiple accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while expanding our market presence. Duties and Responsibilities to include the below: identify and cultivate business partnerships with existing and new customers develop and maintain relationships both at the buying level and cross functional parts of the customer's organization with each account and key leaders develop and execute a plan to regularly meet with customers as well as securing new business. participate in industry trade shows to promote products and programs regular use of business and information technology tools are required to manage the assigned accounts maintain a working knowledge of current industry standards Skills and experiences An analytical mindset with knowledge of general business metrics such as margin, and retail turns A process-oriented and organized individual Knowledge and ability to use Excel, Powerpoint, Office 365, and ChatGPT/AI for presentations and retailer prep Must be confident but humble and a good communicator (both oral and written) Strategic thinking and problem solving
