Job Description

ClearPath Solutions, a customer support and development firm, is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to support customers using Kinetic services throughout the area. The Entry Level Account Manager will assist customers with account questions, troubleshooting needs, and general service support while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will receive hands-on training to learn Kinetic products, account systems, and customer support processes. The Entry Level Account Manager will work directly with customers to better understand their service needs, provide clear explanations of available options, and help guide them through account updates, setup, and service-related questions. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Assist customers with general Kinetic account questions, service updates, and troubleshooting support Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner to understand their service needs Help guide customers through account setup, changes, and basic service processes Document and manage customer interactions and update account notes accurately Maintain a professional and helpful experience during all customer interactions Support team operations by following communication and documentation guidelines Stay informed on Kinetic services and account procedures through ongoing training Work collaboratively with team members to support daily customer needs Represent ClearPath Solutions professionally during all customer interactions Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working directly with customers in person Positive attitude and willingness to learn Organized and detail-oriented with basic documentation skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Reliable and consistent with daily responsibilities Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or communications is helpful but not required High school diploma or GED preferred
Pay:
$55,586.67 - $66,943.09 per year
