Job Description

NextGen Leaders Collective is seeking a full-time Customer Account Representative to support customer outreach and account efforts for Kinetic's Internet and TV services. In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, provide information about available services, and help create a positive experience throughout the account process. As a Customer Account Representative, you'll build relationships with customers & clients, answer questions about available services, and helping troubleshoot account issues. This role focuses on creating meaningful interactions, increasing customer engagement, and supporting overall account growth. Responsibilities for a Customer Account Representative Connect with customers through personalized conversations focused on their connectivity needs. Demonstrate the value of Kinetic fiber internet and service expansion through clear, customer-friendly communication. Guide customers through account troubleshooting while ensuring a positive and professional experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support. Represent Kinetic's brand values by delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining high engagement standards. Collaborate with team members to support customer objectives. Qualifications of a Customer Account Representative Experience in customer service or client sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Keeps records detailed so every account handoff happens smoothly and on time. Handle multiple tasks calmly, while keeping service quality high. Show resilience, viewing each interaction as a chance to learn and improve customer skills.
Pay:
$49,695.56 - $59,848.41 per year
