Job Description

Dynamical Marketing, a progressive sales and development firm, is expanding its Dayton team with an Entry Level Account Manager for AT&T Fiber services. The Entry Level Account Manager will then manage accounts by conducting check‑ins, answering questions about billing or equipment, and offering plan upgrades when our customers add new devices. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll join training sessions to master AT&T Fiber's features, account management, and sales best practices. You'll ensure customer satisfaction for our customers, ensuring their journey is smooth from start to finish. The Entry Level Account Manager will then handle accounts and address inquiries to keep customers informed and happy. The Entry Level Account Manager doesn't let chips happen. You protect the relationship like it's yours, because in a way, it is. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Care for customer accounts by engaging customers in person and providing tailored AT&T Fiber internet recommendations. Boost account and sales revenue by reviewing usage and recommending practical upgrades to AT&T Fiber plans. Cultivate positive long-term relationships by offering reliable support and helpful advice on AT&T Fiber solutions. Maximize sales opportunities within accounts by guiding customers toward advanced AT&T Fiber speed options. Maintain organized account oversight while delivering attentive service focused on AT&T Fiber satisfaction. Track account and sales performance and work toward sales targets by nurturing relationships and increasing AT&T Fiber adoption. Qualifications of an Entry Level Account Manager A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in sales or account management is a plus; no prior experience needed. Adaptable learner who embraces new sales and account strategies. Positive mindset that contributes to a productive sales environment. Commitment to delivering quality sales results and meeting performance expectations.
Pay:
$3,500.00 - $5,300.00 per month
