Job Description

POSITION RESULTS STATEMENT
The primary goal of an Account Manager is to grow and maintain client relationships on behalf of Suncrest Gardens. The Account manager is eager to troubleshoot problems, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with Field Operations to fulfill landscape maintenance and enhancement projects.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a BOB of $750,000 to $1,000,000. Maintain and establish long lasting customer relationships to increase client retention. Generate estimates for various property types including corporate, commercial, estate, HOA, medical, and retail locations. Generate estimates for various types of jobs including enhancement, maintenance, and snow to reach yearly sales/retention goals. Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, and offer feedback to Crew Leaders and Field Supervisors. Exercise strong sales skills by offering upsell opportunities to clients (enhancements). Able to identify pest and disease concerns and provide solutions for treatment. Familiar with pruning/trimming ornamental plants and proper turf care. Maintain a strong working knowledge of plant identification. Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings to review goals, problem solve, and offer feedback. Exercise strong communication and resolution skills to resolve customer complaints, problems, and concerns. Represent Suncrest Gardens professionally at customer locations, community events, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 3+ years of horticulture experience. Experience as an Account Manager within the green industry is a plus. Strong communication and organization skills. Must be detail oriented. Must have a valid Drivers License. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other company programs.
