JOB SUMMARY:
Tolles Career & Technical Center is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data & Accountability (EMIS) Specialist to oversee the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of district data systems. This role is essential in supporting Career and Technical Education (CTE) accountability, state reporting, and data-driven decision-making that impacts student success, program quality, and district funding.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the districts EMIS Coordinator, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required dataManage and report CTE accountability data, including pathway completion, credentials, WebXams, and work-based learningSupport reporting and documentation for the CTE Quality Program Review (QPR), Perkins funding, and CLNAMonitor enrollment, performance metrics, and data accuracy for fiscal and compliance purposesReview and resolve EMIS errors and discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external partnersDevelop reports, dashboards, and data summaries for administrative useCollaborate with staff and partner districts to ensure consistent data practicesProvide training and support to staff on data systems and usageStay current on EMIS updates and Ohio Department of Education and Workforce requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with EMIS reporting and Ohio education data systems preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesEffective communication and collaboration skillsHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position may require:

Travel to meetings and partner districtsProlonged periods of computer and data entry workOccasional lifting, standing, or movement of materialsInteraction with a variety of stakeholders in dynamic environments
BENEFITS
Salary will be based on the Tolles Salary Schedule Column 10 (Assistant Treasurer, EMIS, Bi-Lingual Liaison)Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. (
Range:
$62k - $78k based upon an hourly pay scale)Initial one year contract, comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
