Mighty of Northern Ohio is a wholesale‑only automotive business serving professional installers such as repair shops, quick lubes, tire shops, car washes, fleets, and dealerships. This position covers Lorain, Cuyahoga, Medina, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties, focusing on engaging with automotive professionals across the region. Ideal candidates will possess a working knowledge of automobiles, repair shops, and dealerships. This role involves prospecting throughout the territory to develop new sales opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts. The successful candidate will build strong, trusted advisor relationships and work independently to execute territory strategies that drive sales growth. At Mighty, we deliver more than just parts. We help our customers manage inventory and grow their businesses through proven programs and value‑driven solutions. The Outside Sales Representative plays a key role in introducing these programs, identifying upgrade opportunities, expanding product lines, and supporting customer success. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in automotive repair, parts delivery, counter sales, or wholesale automotive sales who are ready to transition into a rewarding outside sales career. Key Responsibilities Prospect throughout the assigned territory to develop new sales opportunities Manage and grow existing customer accounts Build trusted advisor relationships with key customers Plan and execute account and territory strategies to achieve sales growth objectives Introduce new programs, upgrade opportunities, and additional product lines Train customers and their staff on preventive maintenance programs Work independently with strong organization, accountability, and decision‑making Qualifications Working knowledge of automobiles, repair shops, or dealerships Proven track record of sales success, account management, or new business development 3-5 years of outside sales experience or comparable automotive industry experience Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and goal‑oriented Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
