Join Delta Dental of Oklahoma, the leading dental benefits provider in the State of Oklahoma. Looking for someone that wants to make a difference. This position will work 40 hours per week. The Assistant Account Manager provides internal support for the DDOK Account Management Team. The AAM assists in all areas of renewal activity, billing, eligibility maintenance and account management support for the Account Management Team. This position offers proactive service & outreach to clients and brokers to help prevent eligibility, billing and plan issues. The AAM acts as administrative support for the Account Management team. The AAM is proficient in Online Resources, reporting, recording activity in CRM & maintaining client retention of 96%.
MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written and oral communication skills, which includes public speaking and presentations. Typing a minimum of 30 wpm. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while working with minimal supervision. Minimum one (1) year in a Customer Service related field. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Microsoft Word and Excel, including Microsoft Outlook. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when necessary Oklahoma Accident and Health Producer License or ability to obtain Oklahoma Accident and Health Producer License within 90 days of employment. Must maintain insurance license once received.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in insurance, broker services or benefit administration preferred Prior dental experience or dental terminology knowledge a plus.
