We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and customized logistics solutions for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager / Customer Service Manager to oversee customer relationships, manage office operations, and work closely with our warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Manage customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution Coordinate inbound shipments, outbound orders, and inventory-related activities Work closely with warehouse management to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Monitor customer service performance and maintain high customer satisfaction Process orders and communicate updates to customers Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records within customer portals and warehouse management systems Assist with onboarding new customers and implementing account requirements Qualifications Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain, or 3PL operations preferred Previous customer service or account management experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Paid time off Performance-based bonus opportunities Why Join Lehigh Valley Logistics?
