This role will help guide customers through internet and communication options using a consultative approach centered on understanding needs before recommending solutions. As a Verizon Customer Associate, you will engage directly with customers to provide personalized support, explain service features, and assist with account setup and upgrades. Through hands-on training and mentorship, the Verizon Customer Associate gains exposure to fiber internet solutions, customer lifecycle management, and essential sales techniques used in the telecommunications industry.
