Job Description

A Client Partner is a senior-level, client-facing professional responsible for nurturing, managing, and growing long-term relationships with key clients. They act as a trusted advisor and strategic liaison between the client and internal teams, focusing on understanding business needs, driving revenue growth through upsells, securing renewals, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact, building deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Strategic Growth & Sales:
Identify opportunities for account expansion (upselling/cross-selling) and meet/exceed revenue targets.
Strategic Advisory:
Understand client business challenges and offer tailored solutions and advice.
Client Retention & Satisfaction:
Monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure contract renewals.
Internal Coordination:
Work with delivery, product, and sales teams to ensure client goals are met.
Contract Negotiation:
Manage renewals and negotiate contracts, including terms and pricing.
Qualifications:
B. Tech /MBA 13+ Years of experience in client management
Salary Range:
130,200-179,800 a year #LI-MM6
