Job Description

Our law firm is expanding and needs the help of an intake specialist to take client relations to the next level and manage our growing caseload. Our ideal candidate is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, and has a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping those in need. Compensation:
$23 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files Build on onboarding and training by communicating with the attorneys about legal concepts that prospective clients raise
Qualifications:
Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor's degree is desired Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired Background in the legal industry preferred Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Sales or customer service experience highly valued Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy About Company Keystone Elder Law P.C. is the shield that protects the middle class from the costs and challenges of getting older.
