Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage new and existing corporate customers, identify opportunities in the market, and expand strategic partnerships to maximize revenue. This is a great opportunity for a successful sales professional looking for a new challenge in a role that combines effective account management and new business development in the United States. Working within the Corporate Sales team, this position will be responsible for understanding our content portfolio and using that knowledge to develop growth strategies in various corporate markets. You will connect with various decision makers across key market sectors that may include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, energy, finance, food sciences and technology. You will also be responsible for achieving annual territory sales targets through consultative account management, while maintaining an awareness of changing market conditions and their impact on the business. What you'll be doing: Drive Sales and Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets, contributing to the division's overall revenue objectives Explore growth opportunities in diverse markets through direct prospect outreach, social media engagement, and in-person networking Develop and implement strategic short

  • and long-term business plans to ensure relevance and adaptability in evolving market conditions Customer Relationship Management Conduct regular sales visits to customers across your assigned region, customizing sales documentation and tools to maximize opportunities (up to 25% travel annually) Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure sustainable, high-level customer satisfaction Create and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and outcomes Sales Planning and Execution Plan, schedule, and execute a robust sales strategy across the product portfolio within your specific sales region Prepare for, attend, and actively contribute to internal sales meetings and industry events to build strategic awareness Liaise with cross-functional departments to enhance T&F's value proposition and service offerings Reporting and Analytics Provide detailed reports on sales progress, customer feedback, and business environment to ensure awareness of micro and macro activities Manage accounts and prospects for your territory using CRM and data management tools Deliver accurate and timely reports on sales activities, business development initiatives, and industry developments in assigned areas Qualifications What we're looking for: 3•5 years of successful sales and business development experience Publishing or B2B sales experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems Ambitious and proactive mindset with a passion for consultative sales approaches Strong customer-centric perspective and ability to work independently Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Outstanding oral and written communication skills Effective presentation and organizational abilities Ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences Willingness to travel as required by the company Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to industry trends Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment Additional Information What we offer in return: Annual base salary ranging from $90,000•$96,000 + sales bonus 15 paid vacation days + 2 paid floating holidays and a paid day off for your birthday 10 paid sick days 3 additional discretionary days for the holiday season at the end of the year Up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave Medical, dental, vision and other health benefits 4 volunteerdays per year 401(k) match Flexible working schedule Seasonal social and charitable events Training and development What you should know:
