Job Description

Account Coordinator Start here. Grow here. What you'll do You'll be an essential part of our Account Services team - supporting the day-to-day work that keeps our client relationships strong and our projects moving forward. From coordinating details to spotting what's coming next, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly (and on time). Why this role matters This is a developmental role - designed to help you build skills, gain confidence, and grow your career in account service. You'll learn by doing, receive hands-on training, and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop your expertise. What you'll be responsible for Keeping projects on track Support Account Executives and Supervisors with daily client work Track timelines, flag risks early, and help keep deliverables moving Staying organized + detail-focused Enter estimates, schedules, and tasks in agency project management software Maintain clean, organized digital files for clients, past work, and work in progress Supporting great work Gather research and background for creative briefs and kickoff materials Help coordinate media placements (trafficking, proofing, and approvals) Proofread copy and artwork to ensure everything meets our quality standards Connecting people + information Coordinate client calls and internal meetings Capture notes and share clear, concise meeting notes and status updates Build strong day-to-day relationships with client teams Jumping in where needed Pitch in, problem-solve, and support the team in whatever way keeps things moving What you bring Strong communication skills - written and verbal Attention to detail (you catch the little things before they become big things) Curiosity and initiative - you're eager to learn and grow Organization and project management skills Flexibility and a collaborative mindset Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management Agency internship or experience is a plus What you'll gain Hands-on experience across a variety of clients and industries Mentorship and training designed to help you grow A clear path to advancement within Account Services The good stuff Flexible work hours + relaxed dress code Medical, dental, and vision coverage with strong company contributions 401(k) with match Company-paid life insurance Professional development support Modern, comfortable office (plus free coffee, snacks, and parking)
