Job Description
Lucent Bridge is hiring an AT&T Representative to support customer account services and customer communications. As an AT&T Representative, you will work directly with customers to provide information about AT&T services, assist with account-related questions, and help ensure a positive customer experience. The AT&T Representative serves as a resource for customers by helping them understand available services, navigate account options, and connect with the appropriate support when needed. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Previous telecommunications experience is not required, as training is provided. Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative Assist customers with general account questions and service-related inquiries Provide information regarding AT&T products, services, and account options Help customers understand account features, updates, and available resources Maintain accurate customer records and account information Support customers by addressing concerns and helping identify appropriate solutions Build positive relationships through professional and friendly communication Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience Work closely with team members to support customer service objectives Represent AT&T and Lucent Bridge professionally during all customer interactions Qualifications of the AT&T Representative High school diploma or GED preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Ability to build rapport with customers Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Customer service, retail, hospitality, or account support experience is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment What We Offer Weekly pay Professional development opportunities Advancement potential Team-oriented work environment Full-time schedule
