Steel & Stone Inc is hiring an Entry Level Manager to support our growing Box Energy campaign. In this full-time, in-person Entry Level Manager role focused on working directly with local businesses, explaining commercial energy solutions, and helping customers enroll in cost-saving programs. No prior experience is required; full training is provided. As an Entry Level Manager, you will be responsible for engaging directly with local businesses, building relationships, and supporting enrollment efforts in the field. What You'll Be Doing As Our Next Entry Level Manager Meet with local businesses to introduce commercial energy programs as an Entry Level Manager. Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Educate businesses on available energy solutions and cost-saving opportunities. Explain pricing, service options, and program benefits. Answer questions and provide professional customer support as an Entry Level Manager. Assist commercial clients with enrollments and account updates as an Entry Level Manager. Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation. Work closely with the sales team to achieve office goals. Participate in ongoing leadership and sales development. Represent the company with professionalism in every interaction as an Entry Level Manager. What We're Looking For as an Entry Level Manager. Previous experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a customer-facing role is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
