$20.00/hr base plus depending on Experience and Licenses

REQUIRED

Must Have either a Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License, Pennsylvania Life & Health License or both before being hired. No Exceptions.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our growing State Farm team as a Sales and Service Representative. This position offers a great base salary with unlimited commissions based on an individual's Sales Production, as well as Team office Bonuses for overall Production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be motivated to sell and work well in a Team atmosphere Provide excellent customer service, be reliable and dependable

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills in person and over the phone Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Active Property and Casualty Insurance license
