  • Full-time Lucentcore Group is a growing sales and client relations firm partnering with nationally recognized telecommunications brands in the PA area.
We are currently hiring a full-time Client Relations Associate to support customer outreach, account assistance, and community engagement initiatives. The Client Relations Associate works directly with customers to answer questions, explain service options, and help create a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience in customer relations, communications, account management, or business development. As a Client Relations Associate, you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of the Client Relations Associate Meet with customers to discuss internet, wireless, and connectivity options in a professional and approachable manner. Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend services based on household usage, streaming habits, and connected devices. Guide customers through available service options, account setup information, and promotional offers. Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and follow-up support. Maintain organized customer interactions and assist with account-related updates and service information. Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and professional development. Support community outreach and customer engagement initiatives throughout the WilkesBarre area. Qualifications of the Client Relations Associate High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, communications, or sales is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working directly with customers in a team-oriented environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail.
