Entry Level Client Representative - AT&T

Lucent Bridge is currently hiring an Entry Level Client Representative - AT&T to support our AT&T Fiber campaign. In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with customers to provide information about AT&T Fiber services, build strong customer relationships, and assist with account activities. Main Responsibilities of an Entry Level Client Representative -

AT&T:

Meet with customers to discuss their internet and account needs and provide information on AT&T Fiber services. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and ongoing account support. Assist customers with account setup, service selections, and general account-related inquiries. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address questions regarding available services and account options. Work collaboratively with team members to support customer acquisition, account retention, and business growth initiatives. Stay informed on AT&T Fiber products, promotions, and service offerings to effectively communicate available solutions. Qualifications we require in an Entry Level Client Representative -

AT&T:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with customers and in a team setting. Organized and dependable with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership-focused role.

Pay:

$51,341.05 - $61,830.08 per year
