Job Description

Client Coordinator - 108427 Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality experience? We are seeking a full-time Client Coordinator to support our client's professional team in State College. This in-office role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing intake, scheduling, and communication while ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining accurate, confidential records.
Schedule:
Full-time (In office)
Pay:
$50.000+/Year (based on experience)
Status:
This is a direct hire position with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and maintaining an organized reception area
  • Coordinate client intake, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare files and documents for meetings and follow-up
  • Support document management, including organizing, scanning, mailing, and assisting with execution processes
  • Facilitate communication to ensure timely progress on matters
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support efficient office workflow
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree preferred with at least two (2) years of administrative or client service experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with a professional, client-focused approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
