This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and representing one of the most recognized brands in the construction and grounds maintenance equipment industry. As a Bobcat Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing market share by promoting the sale and rental of Bobcat equipment and solutions to contractors, landscapers, municipalities, agricultural operations, industrial businesses, and other equipment users throughout your assigned territory. You will have the support of an established dealership, dedicated service and parts teams, a strong rental fleet, and a customer-focused organization committed to helping you succeed.
What You'll Do:
Develop, maintain, and expand strong customer relationships to create a steady and ever-growing revenue stream throughout Bucks County. Generate new equipment sales and rental opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and territory development. Conduct customer visits, jobsite visits, and product demonstrations. Identify customer needs and recommend equipment, attachments, rentals, and support solutions that improve productivity and profitability. Promote the full line of Bobcat construction and grounds maintenance equipment, attachments, and related services. Leverage rental opportunities to develop new customer relationships and create future equipment sale opportunities. Collaborate with service, parts, and rental departments to deliver exceptional customer support. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline management through company CRM systems. Attend all sales calls and meetings, reporting directly to Sales Manager.
What We're Looking For:
Equipment sales, rental, construction, industrial, agricultural, landscaping, or related outside sales experience preferred. Strong understanding of construction equipment, compact equipment, grounds maintenance equipment or related industries. Proven ability to build relationships, develop business, and close sales opportunities. Self-motivated individual who can effectively manage a territory and prioritize daily activities. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other sales technology tools. Valid driver's license. Non-CDL, DOT medical card. Must be a team-player with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously.
