As a key member of the Mane Techniques leadership and support team, the Client Relations & Floor Manager plays an essential role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting daily salon operations, and helping maintain a positive, organized, and elevated salon environment. This role requires a proactive, dependable, and highly organized individual with strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury salon setting. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, team-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards of client care, team support, and operational consistency. This position includes primarily in-salon hours, with limited pre-approved remote administrative time available based on operational needs, role performance, and consistency in meeting expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional, warm, and timely communication Manage salon phones, emails, text communication, and scheduling software Coordinate and maintain stylist schedules, appointment adjustments, and guest follow-up communication Support daily salon operations and floor coordination Maintain organization and professionalism throughout the salon environment Assist with retail organization, inventory checks, and front desk presentation Communicate effectively with management, stylists, assistants, and guests Help resolve guest concerns professionally using a solutions-focused mindset Support operational consistency and uphold Mane Techniques brand standards Follow up with first-time guests and transformation clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support Monitor and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly Assist with maintaining a visually appealing and welcoming front desk and retail environment
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and highly organized Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable with technology and scheduling software Previous salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience preferred Ability to adapt quickly and maintain professionalism under pressure
Schedule & Availability:
Approximately 25 hours per week Weekdays required with occasional Saturday availability Primarily in-salon position with limited pre-approved remote administrative work when applicable Flexibility and adaptability are important, as Mane Techniques operates differently than a traditional salon setting
