Full Job Description Job Description:
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, executing programs, and achieving revenue and gross margin goals. The custom team focuses on project-specific orders and works with multiple customers across different departments with various delivery dates. This person is a self-starter with a strong drive to work hard and excel. The Associate Account Manager reports to the Sr. Account Manager or Business Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Point-of-contact between client and 81Eighty team, delivering a high level of customer service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction
  • Manages custom project requests from assigned accounts
  • Provide direction and lead collaborative strategy with sourcing specialist and production coordinator on product offerings and client requests
  • Ability to source and quote projects to meet the clients requirements
  • Manage multiple projects at one time with various internal and external needs
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of projects from initial request to delivery
  • Achieve annual or project-based revenue goals while hitting profit margins
  • Assists with weekly sales analytics
Qualifications:
1-2 years of account management experience
  • Proven ability to create strong client relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/assignments
  • Ability to effectively present and sell solutions and strategies to the client
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, detail oriented, and organized
  • Positive and driven team player with a can-do attitude
  • The job location will be in Frisco, TX
