Job Description
Position Summary As an Account Coordinator, you'll provide vital support to our account team while learning about the advertising and marketing business. You'll help make a job's process within our walls seem effortless. You will work in a fast-paced environment on marketing projects of all mediums while collaborating with team members from a variety of agency teams - including creative, brand strategy, digital, media, and project management. Your ambitious attitude will have team members seeking you out to assist with account support. You have the ability to think on your feet and never shy away from your commitment to share your "can do" attitude. Responsibilities Providing support to our account team. The ability to juggle multiple clients, meetings, and projects. Support senior staff on the management of client's marketing efforts. Develop a thorough knowledge of the client's business, keeping up on industry trends and events. Support team in development of integrated marketing communication plans, creative briefs, proposals, and presentations. Develop knowledge of advertising processes in all channels (branded content, video, print, digital, radio, outdoor, etc.) to help facilitate and deliver on client initiatives. Attend status meetings and help with updating and issuing reports to ensure alignments on deliverables. Demonstrate a willingness for continuous learning and proactively participate in opportunities. Performs other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agency. Qualifications Prior internship experience in a marketing/agency position is preferred. Agriculture experience is preferred. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and budgets. Strong grasp of digital landscape and technology. Aptitude for financial analysis, detail and quality orientation. An insightful eye that is up on industry news and trends. An everyday, ready and willing attitude to seek successful solutions. Superior written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Ability to travel for business as required. Compensation Details The salary for this position is $50,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (each week will be a combination of in-person and remote work days) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching.
