Job Description
The Account Development Representative will provide outreach to prospects using a mix of telephone calls, email, and other communication mediums. In addition, this role will create a connection to prospects by conveying optimism and confidence, through tone of voice, compelling messaging, and consistent follow up. The Account Development Representative is a self-starter, executing excellent listening skills to respond to prospect needs.
Segment Customer set for appropriate action and follow upAttain financial goals as set by Sales ManagerLearn and understand OSV products and services. Know how they are used in the Catholic Church. Be comfortable with selling technical products and giving product demosDevelop a great relationship with prospective customers by calling on a regular basis. Must contact each prospective customer multiple times per year via phone and e-mail as requiredAbility to establish and provide Webinars to customersAbility to utilize internet marketing means to sell to prospective customersCollect potential new product and service ideas that could be offered to customersField in-coming callsUse CRM to document each call and track opportunitiesRun weekly reports to determine which accounts to contactAssist with other projectsUnderstand the marketplace and competition to better advise your client baseAttend assigned meeting and business trade showsMaintain a sound knowledge of Our Sunday Visitor products to better advise clientsMeet deadlines and recognize the importance of collaboration and respect when working with others at Our Sunday VisitorPlace cold calls over the telephone to sell products and/or services associated with the outreach activity; follows specified instructions in the delivery of sales messagesOrganizes and places multiple calls within a specified shift; maintains accurate records of calls placed and results of callsMaintains daily sales and productivity goals, as provided by managementPrepares routine periodic sales and activity reports as requiredPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
CompensationOSV recognizes that its employees work in many different states and therefore may be affected by different laws. It is OSVs intention to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws that apply to the Companys employees.
This includes:
developing connections with prospects and finding new opportunities to provide OSV products and services. While revenue goals are focused on Offertory Solutions products and services, being a team player to coordinate other OSV products and services is expected. The Account Development Representative will need the skills to set and meet goals without supervision and is expected to develop revenue plans for the assigned account set, monitor competitive activity and create a compelling value case for OSV. The Account Development Representative will review territory status on a periodic basis, including: new business and any outstanding issues and problem solve any issues therein. Essential Job Functions (•=Non-essential tasks): Nurture a solid relationship with clients, representing OSV as a professional consultant that sets the standard for the industryAchieve annual individual targets and goals by developing leads to turn into qualified opportunitiesSetup appointments for Sales Account ConsultantsMaximize growth of sales revenue prospecting and up selling working within set guidelinesMaintain accurate and detail lead, account, contact, opportunity, and sales activity in the CRM systemDevelop annual revenue and sales plans for assigned territory. Requirements:
Experience:
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel software programsPrevious inside sales experience preferredFamiliarity with CRM software preferredEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredSkills and Abilities:
Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructionsExcellent telephone sales skillsAbility to meet and/or exceed established sales targetsAbility to gather and compile dataGood oral and written communicationSelf-motivated, goal orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWorking Environment:
This position is designed as a hybrid role, requiring onsite work in Huntington, Indiana three days per week. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified nonlocal candidates.CompensationOSV recognizes that its employees work in many different states and therefore may be affected by different laws. Salary Statement:
Offered compensation is determined based on market data, internal equity, and an applicants relevant skills, experience, and educational background.General Salary Range:
