Starting Pay:

$23.50/hour + Bonuses & Commission Opportunities • Full-Time 5 Star Protection Services is currently seeking a professional, motivated, and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, supporting operational excellence, assisting with account retention, and helping expand company growth through networking and business development efforts. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and capable of representing the company with confidence and leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing and maintaining client accounts Conducting site visits and client check-ins Assisting with account retention and customer satisfaction Coordinating with operations and field supervisors Monitoring site performance and staffing concerns Assisting with acquiring new contracts and business opportunities Building professional relationships with prospective clients Supporting company growth and expansion initiatives

Qualifications:

Previous management, account management, or security industry experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable transportation required Valid Driver's License required Must be able to pass a background check
