We're hiring a proactive, people-first Account Manager to manage and support our portfolio of clients. You'll be the go-to person for onboarding, engagement, and support—ensuring clients get maximum value from our events and services. You'll also assist with light sales outreach, help implement AI tools when needed, and support ongoing operations. This role requires in-office work in Orlando, FL on designated days and flexibility to work remotely on others . Due to our global client base, a flexible schedule is required , including occasional evenings or weekends.Responsibilities:
Onboard and welcome new clients into our programs Serve as the main point of contact for clients Schedule calls, meetings, and coaching sessions Conduct check-ins and follow-ups to ensure clients are fully supported Maintain accurate client records using HubSpot and Google Workspace Assist with client outreach and light sales follow-up Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs Provide operational and strategic support to leadership Help implement AI tools or automations for internal and client use Occasionally travel to events (up to 25% of the time)Requirements:
2+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or executive support Experience in sales, customer success, or business development preferred Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Zoom Strong communication skills (phone, Zoom, email, etc.) Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive Tech-savvy and familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT or automations (or eager to learn) Interest or experience in real estate, M&A, Ai, or business strategy is a plus Must be based in Orlando, FL and able to work some days in-office Must be flexible with scheduling across time zones as clients are located world wideJob Type:
