Account Manager (In-Home Sales) HVAC

Braga Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an Account Manager to run in-home consultations and help homeowners choose the right HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. This is a field-based sales role with a mix of home office work, customer appointments, and required training/meetings at our facility. What you'll do Run company-provided and self-generated leads and conduct in-home consultations Evaluate customer needs, recommend solutions, and explain options clearly Prepare accurate proposals aligned with company pricing and margin guidelines Educate customers on rebates/energy programs and financing options Close sales professionally, confirm scope, and secure required paperwork and deposits Coordinate a clean handoff to operations/installation teams so jobs are delivered as promised Keep accurate CRM documentation (notes, photos, proposals, approvals, job details) Follow up pre- and post-install to support satisfaction and encourage referrals Participate in training, meetings, and ride-along as needed Schedule & work environment Monday-Friday with flexibility for some evening/weekend appointments; Saturday rotation during peak seasons Work primarily from your home office and in customers' homes within the service area Required attendance at scheduled trainings, sales meetings, and company events Compensation Base pay plus commission Income potential: $150,000 to $250,000 + (performance-based) Physical requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds (e.g., moving a ladder, carrying equipment samples/tools, or handling product materials during site evaluations) Ability to perform tasks that may include standing, climbing, lifting, walking, reaching, and occasional crawling in/around mechanical spaces as part of on-site assessments Equal opportunity employer Braga Brothers is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
