About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a well-established membership-based organization, to identify a Membership Engagement Advisor to join their growing team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting executive-level members, driving engagement, and building long-term strategic relationships.
Job Description:
The Membership Engagement Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of members, supporting them throughout the full member lifecycle from onboarding and engagement to renewals and account growth. This role requires a consultative and relationship-driven professional who is comfortable working directly with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned members through proactive outreach and strategic engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding member goals and connecting them with relevant programs, services, and resources
  • Support onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal initiatives across the membership portfolio
  • Monitor engagement trends and identify opportunities to increase participation and overall member satisfaction
  • Develop strategic account plans and collaborate internally on member success initiatives
  • Drive portfolio growth through renewals, expansion opportunities, and value-added recommendations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and forecasting updates
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry changes, and new service offerings
  • Create professional presentations, proposals, and communications for executive audiences
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support organizational growth goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, membership engagement, sales, or relationship management
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred
  • Comfortable utilizing AI, technology, and data to support strategic decision-making
