- -Must Reside within 1 ½ hours of Wausau or Eau Claire, WI Position Summary The Account Representative is responsible for supporting company sales by managing and growing key client relationships in the medical imaging and specialty medication infusions services sectors.
This role serves as the primary liaison between employers, brokers, care navigators, referring providers and our Centers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, seamless patient experiences, and strong referral partnerships. The Account Representative also identifies new business opportunities, supports revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with physician practices, employers, brokers, care navigators, referring providers to drive referrals and service utilization. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs, inquiries, and issue resolution. Educate providers and staff on services, scheduling processes, and technological capabilities. Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve service delivery and patient experience. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, scheduling, clinical staff, etc.) to ensure high-quality service and accurate, timely reporting. Track account performance, referral volumes, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Assist in developing and presenting business reviews, proposals, and service enhancements to provider and employer accounts. Support marketing initiatives, trade shows and conferences, outreach events, and educational programs to strengthen partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 1+ years of experience in healthcare/imaging/infusion account management, healthcare benefits, or broker assistance (imaging or diagnostic), and/or infusion services experience strongly preferred) Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving retention and growth goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff in a healthcare environment. Familiarity with EMR systems, scheduling systems, and healthcare compliance standards. Other Information Reports to Sales Manager The work environment is virtual office with travel within territory as required.
