Account Representative is responsible for overseeing the satisfaction of customers as it pertains to all operational functions of Company. Manage a portfolio of accounts and support daily order processing, handle customer inquiries and update customer on order processing, logistic status and other key information. Account representatives are ACRs single point of contact for processing orders for our customers, responding to inquiries and handling any issues that arise following the order from start to finish. All Account Representatives are cross trained to help and be flexible. This is a hybrid role, consisting of 3 days on-site per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) in our Fort Worth, TX location. This role will require on-site 5 days per week during the initial training period. How you will make an impact: Answer telephone in a professional and courteous mannerfirst line to customers Accurately and efficiently process and enter many types of product ordersRespond in a timely manner to emails from sales team and customers, both external and internalResolve customer issues within SLA (inquiries, returns, order status)Oversee accounts as assigned to ensure familiarity with customer base Track orders and provide customers with ETAsInterpret various forms of data to relay customer order trends and patternsReview and release internal customer web ordersKeeping up to date with all the companys products and proceduresCommunicate and monitor any delays to customers orders including backordered itemsPerform all other tasks, jobs, and or assignments as directed by Management
