Job Description

We are looking for a responsible account supervisor to perform a variety of administrative and physical tasks. The ideal candidate should have great oral and written communication skills and be able to inspect and clean. Ultimately, a successful account supervisor should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our accounts. We pride ourselves on our thorough cleaning procedures, reliability, and outstanding customer service. Hybrid - Supports a blend of in-office work for 1-2 days, remote, and on-the-go. Responsibilities Screen and interview applicants for open positions Conduct in person interviews Provide training for new and existing employees Create a cleaning schedule for each account Report building and equipment maintenance issues Arrive to work at the scheduled time and perform services to established standards. Comply with all security policies and procedures related to performing tasks, using products or supplies, and reporting incidents. Create monthly reports for each account Responsible for monitoring employee hours Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments/meetings when needed Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms Maintain a supply inventory for each account Provide general support to employees Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Obtain running list of employee time off requests and find proper coverage to ensure all is running smooth Order/deliver supplies for current clients when needed Serve as a quality control manager when visiting sites to ensure our managers/lead porters are doing their job successfully Must know how to clean in the event a shift has no coverage Provide adequate training to employees regarding chemicals and strategies used by FPG Required to travel for emergency management services in the event of a disaster Must be able to manage and commute between cities (ex: Miami to North Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Boca Raton). Must be able to work under limited supervision To be considered for this position you: 2 years of Janitorial / Supervisory experience. Bilingual - English & Spanish speaking. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be eligible to work in the US, be a resident or citizen. Excellent time management skills. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Computer Savy Skills. High School degree.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable car Pay starts at $18.00 per hour (depending on experience), and gas reimbursement. Details will be given during interview.
