In this role, the AT&T Entry Level Representative will blend account coordination with consultative sales, guiding customers through reliable Fiber solutions that fit their streaming, remote work, and online learning needs. As an AT&T Entry Level Representative, you will be managing customer accounts with a focus on satisfaction and growth. By conducting account reviews and offering personalized service upgrades, will drive sales while ensuring every customer benefits from the best connectivity service available. The AT&T Entry Level Representative's expertise in account management will help build lasting customer relationships and contribute to AT&T Fiber's continued expansion. Core Functions of the AT&T Entry Level Representative Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing AT&T Fiber accounts with a professional approach. Conduct in-person consultations to review service status and suggest changes that better align with client needs. Maintain organized sales records of account activity, including service adjustments and client communications. Proactively monitor accounts for opportunities to enhance service quality and overall client experience. Build rapport with customers by clearly explaining the benefits of Fiber and how account options support their lifestyle. Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by addressing questions, resolving issues, and supporting seamless account management. Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Entry Level Representative High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in sales or account management is a plus but not mandatory Manages time well to balance account check-ins, follow-ups, and sales targets. Takes initiative to recommend account improvements and drive additional sales value. Adapts to changing customer needs, optimizing both account retention and sales potential.
Pay:
$51,264.67 - $61,738.10 per year
