SureWerx is growing and looking for a talented Bilingual Inside Accounts Manager primarily responsible for supporting and developing new and existing business revenue objectives of SureWerx USA. This position is also responsible for ongoing account management and development, along with finding new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell into the defined account base. This position will report to the Manager of Inside Account Sales. This role is fully remote with occasional travel.Key Responsibilities:
Calling on assigned accounts in the territory to identify and close on opportunities for SureWerx USA products, including determining potential for new business, add-on business or upsell business. Create and maintain future opportunities. Identifies prospects through various lead generation activities, including tradeshow, email, website enquiries, direct mailing, advertising, cold calling on key prospects or referrals. Calls on contacts and prospects to understand their needs, decision making process and criteria as well as identifying purchasing decision makers. Provides value propositions, handles objections, prepares quotes, creates and leads presentations and business reviews. Closes sales by getting customer or prospect commitments. Submits sales orders and answers questions related to order status and products. Works with the product managers on special pricing for significant product purchases etc. Assist customers in finding the correct part or product they need. Perform administrative and office duties such as updating customer information and notifying customers of changes in terms or pricing. Research SureWerx and competitive product via catalogs, internet, etc. Participates in creation and activation of promotions including company wide and custom promotions. Provide additional Sales Support such as Trade show and Direct lead follow-up. Provide support for National programs, such as promotions, product launches & etc. Utilize tools including Salesforce CRM, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Power BI Other duties as required. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of successful outbound sales experience Bilingual English and Spanish; written and verbal Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives Understanding of the sales administration process Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Team player who is assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) software or equivalent Detail oriented and very organized Ability and willingness to learn, adapt and evolve with growing business Previous B2B, export, or distributor experience is preferred.
