Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business plans to attract new cardiology practices and physicians, fostering long-term partnerships. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to healthcare providers, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions. Manage ongoing account relationships through effective account management strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Lead negotiations with physicians and healthcare organizations to establish mutually beneficial agreements that support practice growth. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings and service solutions based on client needs, utilizing analysis skills to identify opportunities for expansion. Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demos that clearly communicate value propositions while addressing technical questions confidently. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to support strategic decision-making. Stay informed about industry trends in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, and B2B sales to continuously refine outreach strategies. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle. Lead outside sales efforts by visiting practices in person, conducting presentations, and building rapport within the cardiology community. Experience Proven success in B2B sales or medical/pharmaceutical sales environments with a focus on healthcare or clinical services. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships. Demonstrated ability in account management—building trust and loyalty among clients over time. Experience delivering product demos and technical presentations tailored to healthcare professionals. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining detailed documentation. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating proposals, presentations, and reports. Knowledge of outside sales techniques combined with a proactive approach to expanding market reach in the cardiology sector.
