We're seeking a Employee Benefits Client Executive who will make a meaningful impact by delivering proactive client service, thoughtful benefits strategy, and a high-touch experience for both clients and employees. The Collaborative Way Responsibilities:
What You'll Do / Your Impact Client Partnership and Risk Strategy Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned clients and develop strong partnerships with HR leaders and executive stakeholders Facilitate renewal discussions and negotiations with carriers while guiding clients through benefit strategy decisions Lead client meetings including mid year reviews renewals and wellness strategy discussions Support business growth through new client development and expanding existing client relationships Operational Excellence Manage full lifecycle of client service activities including renewals implementation and ongoing support Coordinate requests for proposals benefit design enrollment processes and general service needs across medical pharmacy dental vision and other programs Maintain client service timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule Act as liaison between clients carriers and vendors to implement changes resolve issues and support ongoing administration Coordinate internal resources and subject matter experts to support client needs Strategic Contribution Independently manage and execute the annual renewal process ensuring all steps are completed efficiently Interpret and review contracts plan documents and related materials to support client decision making Participate in prospect meetings and support new business initiatives alongside consulting teams Mentor and support development of client services team members Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve client experience
Qualifications:
What You Bring Required Eight or more years of experience in group medical insurance benefits administration or related field Experience supporting large group clients including self funded fully insured and level funded plans Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements including
ACA COBRA
HIPAA and related guidelines Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work within deadlines Strong communication relationship management and problem solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or related field Active Life and Health insurance license Experience working directly with consultants carriers and large client organizations Core Competencies Client relationship management Strategic thinking and execution Communication and collaboration Organizational effectiveness and time management Analytical thinking and problem solving
