Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Manager to join our team and drive exceptional client relationships. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will foster long-term partnerships, support business growth, and deliver outstanding customer service. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions. Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication of expectations. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Coordinate internal teams to deliver customized services, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Conduct regular analysis of client feedback and project performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to maximize value for both clients and the organization. Supervise junior team members, providing guidance on customer service excellence and project management best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, customer service, or client relationship roles with a focus on management or supervision. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients across regions. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions. Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships. Prior sales experience is advantageous for expanding account opportunities and driving revenue growth. $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
