Ideal Background:
Hospitality / luxury service / EA We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Manager to join our team and drive exceptional client relationships. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help foster long-term partnerships, promote customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service. Meet with clients online and in-person to support the TFS™ Journey. Manage CRM system. Coordinate with practitioners to identify opportunities for expanding and enhancing client engagement. Analyze client feedback and market trends to develop strategic solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to secure favorable terms while maintaining excellent customer relations. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, customer service, or client-facing roles with a track record of success. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or managing teams effectively. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate ideas and negotiate effectively. Analytical skills to interpret data, assess client needs, and develop strategic solutions. Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
