This role focuses on maintaining strong client partnerships, coordinating service needs, resolving concerns efficiently, and supporting overall business growth through excellent customer service and organization. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering outstanding customer service and support. Manage client accounts using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, updates, and opportunities. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure client expectations are exceeded. Support sales efforts by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and assisting with onboarding processes. Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in service delivery. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and action plans to ensure transparency and accountability. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up communication Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the client experience Quaifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Basic proficiency with email, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Previous customer service, administrative, or client relations experience preferred but not required We are seeking a motivated and professional Client Relations Coordinator to support client communication, scheduling, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while supporting daily business operations.
